Oats are rich in fibre, protein and many vitamins and minerals. Oats are a versatile ingredient in baking, bringing a gentle flavour and texture. Try flakes in fresh porridge or in bread dough, for example. Oat flakes are also ideal for making a variety of snack bars.
The oatmeal is completely additive-free, preservative-free and GMO-free.
