Ingredients
- Mochapalooza base
5 pcs eggs
4 dl sugar
7,5 dl Cereal product Gluten Free Light Flour Blend
1 tbsp baking powder
1,5 dl cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
300 g butter
3 dl milk
- Kuorrute
150 g butter
1 dl strong coffee
5 tbsp cocoa powder
9 dl icing sugar
- Decoration
- Sugar domes
3 dl icing sugar
2 tbsp water
1-2 tbsp water (if needed)
Preparation
- Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy.
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Melt the butter.
- Stir the butter, milk and dry ingredients into the foam, gently lifting.
- Spread on a baking sheet on a deep baking tray.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Frosting
- Add all the ingredients to a saucepan.
- Heat and stir to melt the butter and mix the ingredients.
- Cool down for a moment.
- Pour the icing evenly over the baked base.
- Decorate for example with nonparellas.
- Cool and cut into pieces.
- Decoration
- Once you have iced the mocha pieces as usual, cut them into rectangular or square pieces.
- Measure the icing sugar into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of the liquid and then 1-2 tbsp more if necessary to make a thick frosting.
- If you use a ready-made sugar icing, heat it in a hot water bath before decorating. Draw lines on the mocha pieces and only stop icing when you have reached the edge. Repeat, drawing lines in different directions.
Squeeze a small dollop of icing behind the sugar eye and place in place.
Tip
- Alternatively, you can use a ready-made sugar icing from the shops.
