minutesGluten-free apple pie is a wonderful late summer treat, made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free white or bun flour mix.
Ingredients
1 prk sour cream
1 dl sugar
50 g melted butter
2,5 dl Viljatuote Light Gluten Free Flour Mix / Gluten Free Bun Flour Mix
1 tl vanilla sugar
1tspbaking soda
- Stuffing
a couple of apples depending on size
cinnamon
sugar
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together and spread on the bottom of a greased pie dish.
- Stuffing
- Cut the apples, slice them and place them on top of the dough.
- Top the apples with cinnamon and sugar to taste.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 25 min.
- Serve the gluten-free apple pie with, for example, custard or ice cream.
