Gluten-free apple pie is a wonderful late summer treat, made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free white or bun flour mix.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together and spread on the bottom of a greased pie dish.
  • Stuffing
  • Cut the apples, slice them and place them on top of the dough.
  • Top the apples with cinnamon and sugar to taste.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 25 min.
  • Serve the gluten-free apple pie with, for example, custard or ice cream.
