Gluten-free Christmas Mummy's Delicious Cake

Gluten-free Christmas Mummy's Delicious Cake

The gluten-free Christmas Mourine cake is spicy and luscious. Santa Claus is sure to enjoy it too!
Ingredients
1,75 dl sugar
2tspbaking soda
2 tsp Carnations
2 tsp cinnamon
1,5 tsp ginger
2 dl curdled margarine
2 dl syrup
3 dl buttermilk
(1 dl raisins)
Preparation
- Mix everything well and bake in a greased and floured 1,8l cake tin or two smaller 7,5 dl pans.
- I baked the smaller casseroles in the bottom of the oven on a rack at 175 C for 30min, the 1,8l casserole needs to bake for about 40 min-1 h (test with a stick towards the end of the baking time, when it's done).
- Cool thoroughly before you flip the cakes.
- The gluten-free Christmas cake from Joulumuor is also a treat for Santa Claus.
