Gluten-free Ham Pie

minutesThe succulent Gluten Free Ham Pie is ideal for serving savoury at the coffee table. This delicious pie is also perfect for lunch with a salad.
Ingredients
125 g milk dough
120 g soft butter
2tspbaking powder
1,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
- Stuffing
2 dl cream of three onions
2 eggs
3 rkl maize flour or potato flour
1 dl grated cheese
2 tl barbecue seasoning
0,5 tl pepper mix
1 red onion
100 g paprika
100 g ham strips
20 g pickles
a few cherry tomatoes.
Preparation
- Squeeze in the milk cream and butter.
- Add the mixed dry ingredients and bake in a greased and floured 21 x 21 cm pie dish or a 20 cm diameter round loose-bottomed pan.
- Stuffing
- Mix together the cream, eggs, spices and cornflour. Pour over the base. Sprinkle the ham slices, red onion, pickles and cherry tomatoes on top. Bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes if you like. The gluten-free ham pie is ready to enjoy.
