Gluten-free teff banana pancakes

Gluten-free teff banana pancakes are great for brunch or dessert and are really easy to make. Best of all, they are made with our new gluten-free teff porridge flakes! teff porridge flakes not only taste great, they are also very nutritious and therefore good for you. Ingredients
3 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free teff porridge flakes
1,5 dl milk
2 eggs
2tspbaking powder
1 tl vanilla sugar
2 banana
a pinch of salt
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend or mix with a hand blender. Let the dough swell for about 15-30min.
- Fry the dough into small pancakes in an oiled pan (or in butter) over medium heat.
- Enjoy the gluten-free teff banana pancakes warm with syrup or whipped cream.

Can milk be replaced with coconut milk and an egg with something else? (due to allergy)

Sorry for the delay in replying! The milk can be replaced with coconut milk. This recipe has not been tested without eggs, but it is possible to make pancakes and pancakes without eggs.
