- Dough
0,5 dl oil
2 dl whiskey
50 g chocolate
1 egg
1 dl fine sugar
0,5 tl salt
2,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1 tsp baking powder
0,5tspbaking soda
1 tl vanilla sugar
1tspcardamom

100 g chocolate
Nonpareils or other decorations
Preparation
- Bottom
- Chop the chocolate with a knife into small pieces.
- Mix the oil, vissy, egg and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients together with the chocolate chips and add to the dough.
- Mix the dough together.
- Spoon the dough into a piping bag or freezer bag, cutting the corner open.
- Grease the donut tin.
- Press the dough into the holes of the donut pan about halfway up.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 7 minutes.
- The surface may remain pale.
- Stuffing
- To make the icing, melt the chocolate in a piping bag or freezer bag in a microwave or water bath.
- Cut a small hole in the corner and pinch onto the donuts and decorate with nonpareils if desired.
- When it comes to nonparels, keep in mind that almost all of them contain refined wheat starch, which is not suitable for all gluten-free people.
