These gluten-free chocolate bars are quick and easy to make! But most of all, they're super healthy! Try and love them too!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Puree the ingredients in a blender.
  • Line a rimmed baking dish (approx. 17 x 15 cm) with baking paper.
  • Press the mixture into a disk about 1 cm thick.
  • Put the casserole in the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
  • Cut the mass into bars.
  • Wrap the gluten-free chocolate bars in paper or foil and grab a snack. Store in the fridge.
  • Remember that a snack can help you get through a long day.
