kplThese gluten-free chocolate bars are quick and easy to make! But most of all, they're super healthy! Try and love them too!
Ingredients
2 dl raisins
1 dl peeled almonds
1 dl Gluten-free small oat flakes from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
0,5 dl raw cocoa powder
n. 2 tbsp water
n. 1 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil
Preparation
- Puree the ingredients in a blender.
- Line a rimmed baking dish (approx. 17 x 15 cm) with baking paper.
- Press the mixture into a disk about 1 cm thick.
- Put the casserole in the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
- Cut the mass into bars.
- Wrap the gluten-free chocolate bars in paper or foil and grab a snack. Store in the fridge.
