minutesThese spectacular and delicious gluten-free blueberry-white chocolate donuts are ready in less than half an hour! The sky's the limit when it comes to decorating your doughnuts!
Ingredients
2,5 dl Viljatuote Light Gluten Free Flour Mix or Gluten Free Bun Flour Mix.
1,5 dl sugar
1,5 tsp baking powder
0,5 tl salt
0,5tspvanilla sugar
1,5 dl milk or cream
40 g butter
2 eggs
1tspcardamom
2 dl blueberries
- CHEESE (be sure to check gluten-free!)
150-200 g white chocolate
stranded islands
Preparation
- The dough makes 12 doughnuts (one doughnut pellet)
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Melt the butter and mix the ingredients together. Add the blueberries last!
- (Grease the doughnut shell and) fill the doughnut shell with the dough. You can either lift the dough with a spoon or scrape it into a bag and press it out into the pan.
- Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Do not stir the chocolate when melting! Dip the flat side of the cooled doughnuts into the chocolate. Shake the doughnuts with the frosting side up to smooth out the chocolate. Decorate the gluten-free blueberry white chocolate donuts with the strawberries while the chocolate is still melted.
