How many biscuits does the recipe make?
Hi Maiju,
Thank you for your question! This recipe makes about 6-8 cookies depending on the size.

Hi Pirjo,
You can try gluten-free buckwheat bran instead of oat flakes, for example. We haven't tried the substitution in this recipe but buckwheat bran has worked well elsewhere as a substitute for oat flakes.
