  • Meatballs
  • Add the crushed buckwheat groats, egg and spices to the sour cream and mix well
  • Finally, add the minced meat and knead for about 5 min.
  • Roll into a meatball and bake at 200'c for about 15 min (depending on size and oven).

  • Brown the butter and flour
  • Add water
  • Cook for a couple of minutes
  • Add salt
