- Meatballs
1 prk (200g) sour cream
1 egg
3 tsp onion powder
1,5 tsp salt
0,5 tsp black pepper powder
500 g beef mince
- Castike
30 g butter
2,5 dl water
0,5-0,75 tsp Himalayan fine salt
Preparation
- Meatballs
- Add the crushed buckwheat groats, egg and spices to the sour cream and mix well
- Finally, add the minced meat and knead for about 5 min.
- Roll into a meatball and bake at 200'c for about 15 min (depending on size and oven).

- Brown the butter and flour
- Add water
- Cook for a couple of minutes
- Add salt
