Ingredients
3 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1 dl brown sugar
1 dl syrup
2tspbaking powder
4tspreal vanilla sugar
2 tsp vanilla flavouring
2 eggs
1 dl milk
1 dl oil

Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a container and mix well.
- Divide the dough into cakes and sprinkle with pearl sugar.
- Bake at 200 C for about 15-18 min or until cooked.
- Cool the muffins.

- The gluten-free Easter muffins are ready to eat.
