minutesGluten-free doughnuts are quick to prepare in the oven and the dough is made by simply mixing the ingredients. Oven doughnuts are quick and easy to prepare without frying in fat. You can make these with Cereal Gluten Free Light Flour Mix or Gluten-free bun flour mix.
Ingredients
2,5 dl Viljatuote Light Gluten Free Flour Mix or Gluten Free Bun Flour Mix
1,5 dl sugar
1,5 tsp baking powder
0,5 tl salt
0,5tspvanilla sugar
1,5 dl milk or cream
40 g butter
2 eggs
1tsplemon zest
- Frosting
Tomato sugar
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Melt the butter.
- Wash and grate the yellow zest from the lemon (do not grate the white zest underneath).
- Mix the milk/cream, melted butter, eggs and lemon zest into the dry ingredients.
- Grease the doughnut shell and fill the doughnut shell with the dough.
- Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes.
- Decorate the cooled doughnuts with icing sugar if you like.
