3 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
0,25 tsp salt
5tspreal vanilla sugar
3 tbsp millet of vanilla custard powder
2tspteaspoon of baking powder
1 dl sugar
0,75 dl oil
2 eggs
1 prk (200g) sour cream
- Frosting
150 g dammenberg milk chocolate or dark chocolate
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients well and pour into the greased doughnut holes.
- Bake at 200'c for 10min.
- And don't be alarmed if the doughnuts look like muffins when you take them out of the oven.
- Use an apple corer to carve a hole all the way out.
- Frost the cooled doughnuts by dipping them in melted chocolate.
- Decorate as you wish.
