  • Bottom
  • Put the cola, butter and 0.75 dl of flour in a saucepan. Stir and boil until the butter melts.
  • Add the buttermilk and eggs. In a bowl, mix together 5 dl flour, sugar, soda and salt.
  • Add the cola mixture to the mixture, whisking well.
  • Pour into a greased baking pan (approx. 25×35 cm) and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Frosting
  • Let the base cool and prepare the frosting.
  • Place the butter, cola and cocoa in a saucepan and heat over a low heat, stirring until the butter has melted.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and gradually add the icing sugar. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Spread the frosting on the base and place in the fridge to set for about 1-2 hours. Cut into pieces.
