Preparation

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
  • Mix in the oil, salt and gradually add the flour (watch the consistency of the dough and add more flour if necessary).
  • Knead properly with a machine or by hand.
  • Pour the dough into the baking pan and rise for 45 minutes.
  • Bake at 220° C for 45 minutes.

  1. An easy and good basic recipe for a flatbread. Works well at least with silicone bread wrappers.

      1. Hi, I tried it for the first time, very easy to do and works great by hand. Best bread I've ever eaten, will continue to make it.
