Preparation

  • Mix the crushed buckwheat groats into the buttermilk. Let it rest for 2-3 hours.
  • Add the other ingredients. Mix. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes. Cut into pieces.
  • Serve warm with egg butter or butter.
