  • Bottom
  • Whisk together the soft margarine and sugar.
  • Stir the egg into the foam.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the dough.
  • Mix into a smooth dough.
  • Press the dough into the bottom and sides of the greased pie dish.
  • Stuffing
  • Spread the jam over the base. If the jam is very thick, heat it in the microwave for a minute on defrosting power to make it easier to spread.
  • Mix the filling ingredients together and spread on top of the pie.
  • Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 50 minutes until the filling has set.
