The gluten-free crusty bread is made by mixing the ingredients and baking. The smell of warm bread will charm everyone!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Stir the yeast into lukewarm water. Add salt and syrup.
  • Mix 5½ dl of the flour mix into the dough.
  • Dump the dough onto the table and start the rest of the flour mix into the dough well.
  • Tip the dough into a greased loaf pan and rise for 60 minutes.
  • Bake at 210 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Gluten-free crusty bread is at its best when fresh.

Tip

  • Is the bread already a couple of days old? Try toasting the bread in a toaster, for example, to give it a new taste. You can also use the bread to make bruschetta, for example.

    The crusty bread just came out of the oven. I added some sunflower seeds to the dough and it turned out great. Thanks for the nice recipes, which I'm testing out here little by little. The big shipment of flour arrived yesterday and now it's nice to bake. 🙂

  3. Can you tell me why a crusty loaf of bread goes soggy in the oven.What am I doing wrong. I am trying to do it according to the instructions.I use an all-purpose machine to make the dough. How about the oven? I have been using a convection oven.The flour is a carrot flour mix.
