A quick and easy gluten-free rhubarb stew, perfect for a dinner party. Serve with vanilla ice cream or sauce.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix the sugar and rhubarb.
  • Spread on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
  • Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  • Spread over the baked rhubarb and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Serve the gluten-free rhubarb steak with custard or vanilla ice cream.
