minutesThe idea for a gluten-free graham cracker cake came from a blog called SugarStory. The bees buzzing around the topping are a fun decorating idea and still reasonably easy to do. But remember, when baking gluten-free, the decorating ingredients must also be gluten-free. For example, you can use gluten-free chocolate for the bees' eyes.
Ingredients
- Bottom
100 g butter
0,5 dl sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
- Stuffing
1 tlk peaches
200 g milk dough
1 dl whipping cream
juice of half a lemon
2 eggs
0,5 dl sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
- Bees
a few peach halves
gluten-free dark chocolate
gluten-free white chocolate
almond shavings
Preparation
- Bottom
- Cream the butter and sugar. Stir the egg into the foam.
- Mix the dry ingredients and the butter-sugar-egg into the dough.
- Spread the dough on the bottom and 1-1½ sides of the loose pan.
- Stuffing
- Chop half of the peaches in the can and spread over the base.
- Mix the other ingredients of the filling and pour over the peach pieces.
- Bake in a low oven at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- Decorations
- Dry the remaining peach halves.
- Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate. Put the chocolates in bags and cut a small hole in the corner.
- Squeeze dark chocolate stripes over the peach halves and the faces of the bees.
- Squeeze the white chocolate into discs for eyes and then the dark chocolate into dots on top.
- Make small incisions in the middle of the peaches and place the almond chips on them as wings.
- Decorate the gluten-free graham cracker cake and refrigerate for a while to wait for serving.
