Preparation

  • Add a pinch of salt and the buckwheat and rice flour to the boiling water, whisking well.
  • Cook slowly for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the lingonberry survos to the porridge and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • Season with sugar.
  • Whisk the cooled porridge.
  • Enjoy!
