Gluten-free lingonberry shortcake is quick and easy to make! Serve with custard or ice cream. The recipe makes a baking dish, halve the pie plate.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add the margarine.
  • Fold the dough into a crumbly dough.
  • Remove one third of the dough to another bowl.
  • Add the egg and buttermilk to the larger dough.
  • Spread the dough on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
  • Sprinkle the dough with lingonberries and then the crumble mixture.
  • Bake in a 200 °C oven for about half an hour.
