minutesGluten-free lingonberry shortcake is quick and easy to make! Serve with custard or ice cream. The recipe makes a baking dish, halve the pie plate.
Ingredients
6 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1tspbaking soda
1 tsp vanillin sugar
2,5 dl sugar
2,5 dl curdled or melted margarine
1 egg
2,5 dl milk
5 dl lingonberries
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add the margarine.
- Fold the dough into a crumbly dough.
- Remove one third of the dough to another bowl.
- Add the egg and buttermilk to the larger dough.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
- Sprinkle the dough with lingonberries and then the crumble mixture.
- Bake in a 200 °C oven for about half an hour.
