minutesGluten-free polenta pancakes are easy to make on a baking sheet with Virtasalmen Viljatuote's corn grits and rice flour. Try it and love it!
Ingredients
13 dl water
75 g dairy-free margarine
1 dl sugar
1 tsp tsp salt
4 eggs
strawberries, blueberries and raspberries or jam
Preparation
- Mix the margarine with hot water.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Add the eggs, mix and pour the dough onto a baking tray on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a 200°C oven for about 45 minutes.
- Serve the gluten-free polenta pancake with fresh or frozen berries.
- You can also freeze the pancake fresh to enjoy later.
