Gluten-free polenta pancakes are easy to make on a baking sheet with Virtasalmen Viljatuote's corn grits and rice flour. Try it and love it!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix the margarine with hot water.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Add the eggs, mix and pour the dough onto a baking tray on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a 200°C oven for about 45 minutes.
  • Serve the gluten-free polenta pancake with fresh or frozen berries.
  • You can also freeze the pancake fresh to enjoy later.
