100 g unflavoured cream cheese
100 g butter
1 tsp baking powder

150 g fresh spinach
3 eggs
2,5 dl cream
3 crushed garlic clove
200 g cubes of feta cheese
a dash of pepper mixture
2 tsp herbal mixture

100 g grated cheese

Preparation
- Bottom
- Mix together the cream cheese, soft butter and flour mix (with baking powder added).
- Press the dough into the greased pie dish.
- Stuffing
- Spread the feta cubes over the base. Chop the spinach with a knife.
- Mix the eggs, cream and spices, add the chopped spinach.
- Pour the mixture over the base and the feta cheese cubes.

- Decorate the top with cherry tomatoes, spread the grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a 225 °C oven for just over 20 min.
