Gluten-free pancakes are easy to make with our Gluten-free bun flour mix. Try it and love it too! You need a cast iron pan with a diameter of about 30 cm to bake the pizza!

Ingredients

  • Bottom
  • 3 dl Viljatuote gluten-free bun powder mixture

  • 2 tsp dry yeast

  • 0,5 tl salt

  • 0,5 tsp sugar

  • 2,5 dl warm water (approx. 45 C)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Also: 1 tbsp olive oil and ¼ tsp garlic powder on the base

  • and a splash of olive oil in a pan

  • Tomato sauce
  • 150 g tomato paste

  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika powder

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 0,25 tsp garlic powder

  • 0,5 tl salt

  • On top of the pizza: mozzarella cheese or vegan mozzarella cheese and about 200 g oven-roasted tomatoes

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
  • Mix the dry ingredients: flour, dry yeast, salt and sugar. Add the warm water and knead the dough for one minute. Add the olive oil and knead the dough until smooth. Grease a cast iron pan with olive oil and press the dough into the bottom and sides of the pan. Rise the bottom for about 15 minutes.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the tomato sauce. Spread olive oil on the base and sprinkle garlic powder over the base. Spread the tomato sauce evenly and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes. You can roast the tomatoes in the oven (in a different dish) at the same time. Serve gluten-free pancake warm with tomatoes and herbs.

Tip

  • You can also bake the pizza on a baking sheet to make the crust thinner. This will reduce the baking time to about 12-15 minutes.
