minutesGluten-free Spice Cake is easily made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' Gluten-free dark flour mix. Try it and love it too!
Ingredients
200 g dairy-free margarine
1,5 dl sugar
1,5 dl syrup
3 eggs
1tspcardamom
1,5 tl cinnamon
1tspcloves
1 tsp baking powder
2 dl water
1 dl chopped raisins
Preparation
- Whisk together the soft margarine, sugar and syrup.
- Add the eggs, one by one, whisking the dough all the time.
- Mix together the dry ingredients and add them to the dough with the water and raisins.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour the dough into a greased ring baking pan and bake in a 175°C oven for about 55 minutes.
- Gluten-free spice cake is at its best the next day when the cake has had some time to rest.
