Gluten-free Spice Cake is easily made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' Gluten-free dark flour mix. Try it and love it too!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Whisk together the soft margarine, sugar and syrup.
  • Add the eggs, one by one, whisking the dough all the time.
  • Mix together the dry ingredients and add them to the dough with the water and raisins.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into a greased ring baking pan and bake in a 175°C oven for about 55 minutes.
  • Gluten-free spice cake is at its best the next day when the cake has had some time to rest.
