minutesThe Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free berry pie is a delicious addition to the coffee table at any time of year. The oat flakes from Virtasalmen Viljatuote add a nice softness to the pie crust.
Ingredients
- Bottom
150 g butter
0,75 dl sugar
1 chicken egg
2 dl Virtasalmi's Grain Product Light or Brown Gluten Free Flour Puree
1 tsp baking powder
1 tl vanilla sugar
- Stuffing
4-5 dl blueberries
1 tlk sour cream
1 egg
1 tl vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add the egg, stirring well.
- Combine the dry ingredients and add to the dough.
- Mix the dough until smooth.
- Pat the dough into the base and around the edges of the greased pie tin.
- Stuffing
- Pour the blueberries on top.
- Mix the filling ingredients and pour over the blueberries.
- Bake in a 200 °C oven for about 30 minutes.
- Let the pie cool slightly before serving. The grain-free gluten-free berry pie is ready to enjoy.
