Gluten-free peanut butter and berry crumbe made with Finnish oat flakes and berries! This treat is even easier to make!

Ingredients

  • 500 g frozen berries, for example, local raspberries and lingonberries

  • 1 dl brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp potato flour

  • 4 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten Free Organic Instant Oat Flakes

  • 1,5 dl brown sugar

  • 0,25 tsp salt

  • 100 g melted vegan margarine or spread

  • 100 g peanut butter

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C. Mix the berries, sugar and potato flour together and spread evenly in the pie dish. Mix together Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free organic quick oat flakes, sugar and salt. Add melted butter and peanut butter and mix the dough until smooth. Spread the dough over the berries. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • Serve the gluten-free peanut butter and berry pie warm, either on its own or with whipped cream and ice cream.
