  • Mix the soft butter and flour together.
  • Add the water and mix until smooth. Add the grated cheese and mix.
  • Pat the dough into the greased pie dish and bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  • Stuffing
  • Chop the mushrooms into small pieces. Place the pieces in a hot pan and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
  • Finely chop the bacon and fry it. Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over the base.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
