Ingredients
3 dl Cereal product Gluten Free Whole Wheat Grits flour
3 tsp baking powder
3 tsp Psyllium in cereal product
3 dl Turkish yoghurt
2 tsp olive oil for shaping the pizza
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients together and mix well.
- Measure out the Turkish yoghurt and mix in the dry ingredients. Let the mixture stand for about 30 minutes and stir again.
- Put olive oil on the surface of the dough and shape it with your hands into a pizza pan.
- Fill with your favourite fillings and bake in the bottom of the oven at 225°C for about 15-20 minutes.
