minutesGluten-free bruschetta is the perfect appetizer or treat for a night out! The gluten-free version is easy to make with fresh or overnight white bread.
Ingredients
- Breads
6 slices of white bread
0,5 dl olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
- Tomato soup
4 tomatoes
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
fresh basil (chopped)
n. 1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
a pinch of black pepper
a pinch of salt

Preparation
- Start by preparing the tomato soup. Chop the tomatoes into large or smaller pieces, according to your taste. Remove the seeds so that the filling does not become watery. Finely chop the red onion, garlic and basil. Mix the tomato sauce ingredients together and leave to marinate for a while.
- Slice the bread and place the slices on a baking tray on a baking paper. Combine olive oil and grated or crushed garlic. Brush the bread with the mixture and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. The bread is ready when it is crispy and slightly darkened around the edges.
- Top the bread with tomato slices and garnish with basil! Balsamic bruschetta is made by gently drizzling balsamic vinegar over the bread during the garnish stage. Enjoy the gluten-free bruschetta right away!
