minutesGluten-free Brita cake is one of the best treats of the summer. You can prepare the cake bases in advance and then fill the cake when you get fresh strawberries from the market or try the sauce filling in the recipe. Try it and fall in love with Brita cake!
Ingredients
- Bottom
200 g soft butter
2 dl sugar
2tspreal vanilla sugar
4 yolk
1,5 dl cream
3 tsp baking powder
2 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
- Mareng
4 protein
1,75 dl sugar
- Between
3 prk Bona's partner sauce
6 dl cream
1 prk (250 g) milk cream
3 tbsp vanilla custard powder
4 tbsp farina sugar
Preparation
- Bottom
- Cream the soft butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add the cream and egg yolks and mix well.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the foam.
- Pour onto a baking tray on a baking sheet and make a meringue.
- Mareng
- Whip the egg whites and sugar into a stiff froth and spread the meringue over the base. If you can turn the meringue dish upside down so that the meringue doesn't come out of the dish, then the meringue is hard enough to foam.
- Bake in a convection oven at 175'c for about 30 min. Let cool until cold.
- Cut in half. Using a palette knife, for example, remove the bottoms from the baking paper, pulling the palette knife all the way between the bottom and the baking paper, but only when the bottom is cold.
- Between
- Whip the cream, vanilla cream powder and brown sugar, finally add the milk cream.
- Spread half of the paradise mixture on top and half of the whipped cream mixture and put the other half on top of the bottom.
- Spread the rest of the cream mixture on top and decorate as you wish.
- Enjoy a gluten-free Brita cake with coffee.
