Preparation

  • Beat the egg and sugar until foamy.
  • Add the cooled melted butter to the foam.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the mixture.
  • Put the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Make a ball of dough and cut into 20 pieces.
  • Roll into balls in your hands.
  • Bake the cookies in the oven at 225°C for 15 minutes.
  • Decorate as you like, e.g. with chocolate ( you can add a drop of lemon flavouring to the chocolate )
