This fresh porridge is a tasty, protein-packed start to the day. The porridge will keep in the fridge overnight. Enjoy to your taste with different flavoured whey protein powder, finish with berries and fruit.

Ingredients

  • 60 g Gluten Free Small Oatmeal

  • 30 g Gluten-free Teff Porridge Flakes

  • 30 g Whey protein powder, e.g. unflavoured, chocolate or vanilla

  • 2,5-3 dl oat drink/almond milk

  • riposte salt

  • 1 banana

  • a handful blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries or similar berries, fresh or frozen.

Preparation

  • Mix the flakes, whey protein and salt in a jar with a lid. Add the liquid and stir, you can also mix in the banana and some of the berries if you like.
  • Add the rest of the berries to the mixed porridge, cover the container with a lid and place it in the fridge to thaw at least overnight.
  • You can also add peanut butter to the porridge, which makes it even more nutritious and increases the fat content. You can also omit the protein powder if you wish.
