This fresh porridge is a tasty, protein-packed start to the day. The porridge will keep in the fridge overnight. Enjoy to your taste with different flavoured whey protein powder, finish with berries and fruit.

30 g Whey protein powder, e.g. unflavoured, chocolate or vanilla
2,5-3 dl oat drink/almond milk
riposte salt
1 banana
a handful blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries or similar berries, fresh or frozen.
Preparation
- Mix the flakes, whey protein and salt in a jar with a lid. Add the liquid and stir, you can also mix in the banana and some of the berries if you like.
- Add the rest of the berries to the mixed porridge, cover the container with a lid and place it in the fridge to thaw at least overnight.
- You can also add peanut butter to the porridge, which makes it even more nutritious and increases the fat content. You can also omit the protein powder if you wish.
