3 dl Gluten-free coarse buckwheat flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
1 tsp Himalayan fine salt
3 tsp baking powder
100 g butter -> dice
200 g chives cream cheese (viola)
2 tsp dried chives
1 tbsp syrup
2,5 dl cream of three onions (Valio)

Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients together, add the butter cubes and cream cheese and knead the dough until smooth.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and mix by hand until smooth.
- Spread the dough on a floured board and roll out a 2cm thick dough mat if you want fillings, otherwise roll out a thinner dough mat.
- Use a cookie cutter to press the scones onto the baking paper.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with oat flakes if desired.
- Bake at 170'c for about 15 min-20 min depending on the oven and thickness.
- They are ready when the surface is beautifully browned.
