Gluten-free triangular breads are easily made from delicious millet bread. These triangles are perfect for a coffee table, snack or evening meal. The bread makes about. 24 triangles.

  • Prepare the millet bread according to separate instructions.
  • Spread a generous layer of egg butter, soft goat's cheese salad or mayonnaise-based potato salad on the millet and hazelnut butter slices. You can spread the toppings as you like in one or two spaces.
