125 g butter
100 g sugar
1 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Grain Product Flaxseeds
0,5 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Cereal Product Gluten-Free Mashed Beans and Beans
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Preparation
- Melt the butter. Mix the baking powder into the mashed beans.
- Add the sugar, oat flakes, flaxseeds, flour and egg to the butter.
- Mix until smooth.
- Use a spoon to scoop the dough out onto a baking tray, or leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to harden.
- On a floured surface, shape the dough into bars, cut into pieces and roll into balls.
- Place the pieces of dough on a baking sheet, sparingly, as the dough spreads out many times in the oven.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
