Preparation

  • Brown the sliced bacon in rapeseed oil.
  • Add the leek and finely grated carrot to the pan.
  • Sauté until soft. Stir in the spices.
  • Allow to cool.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, flour and salt.
  • Pour the dough onto a baking sheet on a baking sheet.
  • Use a spoon to spread the filling evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
