minutesThis lovely cheesy gluten-free chicken pie is made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free bull bean flour mix.
Ingredients
- Bottom
50 g butter
80 g Virtasalmi's Cereal Product Gluten-Free Mashed Beans and Beans Flour
100 g emmental cheese spread
- Stuffing
1 dl 15 % cooking cream
1 dl cooking cream three herbs
0,5 tl salt
2 eggs
100 g emmental cheese spread
150 g Snellman's smoked broiler fillets
Preparation
- Bottom
- Melt the butter.
- Mix the flour and fold in the grated cheese.
- Pat the dough into the bottom of the pie dish.
- Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
- Stuffing
- Sprinkle the chicken strips over the pre-baked base.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the base.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
- Gluten-free chicken pie is best when slightly cooled.
