This lovely cheesy gluten-free chicken pie is made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free bull bean flour mix.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Bottom
  • Melt the butter.
  • Mix the flour and fold in the grated cheese.
  • Pat the dough into the bottom of the pie dish.
  • Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
  • Stuffing
  • Sprinkle the chicken strips over the pre-baked base.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the base.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  • Gluten-free chicken pie is best when slightly cooled.
