The mild but tasty flour mix is also ideal for savoury baking such as rolls, pizzas and breads. You can also use this flour mix as a substitute for wheat flour if you make the recipe gluten-free.

    really good flour mix, but I wish it was a bit finer on the bun. Sufficient, you have to remember,that it is good to leave the bun dough loose for raising.
