Description
Gluten-free oat groats are a new product from the Virtasalmen Viljatuote's oat family. The oat groats are heat-treated to prevent rancidity and eliminate bitterness. Oat groats make a truly delicious and nutritious baked porridge. It can also be used in casseroles or as a substitute for rice on a plate, for example. Oats are rich in fibre, protein and contain a number of vitamins and minerals. Oats contain, among other things, beta-glucan, a dietary fibre that helps keep cholesterol levels in check. Oats are also gentle on the stomach and the fibre they contain helps to balance blood sugar spikes.
The Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free oat groats arwe additive-free, preservative-free and GMO-free.
