  1. What is that vegan Greek “cheese” that’s available in a gluten-free version?
It’s a real shame that Mö—perhaps the only (?) one that’s been highly praised—isn’t gluten-free, since it’s not made from pure oats.
Is there anything else that’s gluten-free?
    Violife Greek White?
It’s gluten-free, but does it taste the same?
    Thanks!

    1. Hi, Tea!

The "vegan Greek cheese" mentioned in the recipe refers to a plant-based product similar to feta; the recipe does not specify a particular brand.

Violife Greek White works well in pies and is labeled as gluten-free. You can use the same amount as called for in the recipe. The taste isn’t exactly the same as Mösse’s; Violife is a bit milder and has a softer texture, but it works well in this pie. Another gluten-free option is Kolios Vegan White.😊
