minutesThis easy and tasty gluten-free berry pie can be made from fresh or frozen berries. The base is quickly made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free, light flour mix. Try it and love it!
Ingredients
100 g butter (room temperature)
1 dl sugar
1 egg
2,5 dl Cereal product from Virtasalmi Light Gluten Free Flour Mix, 500 g
1 tsp baking powder
- Stuffing
2-3 dl berries
1 egg
0,5 dl sugar
200 g sour cream
Preparation
- Whisk together the butter, sugar and egg.
- Add the flour mix and baking powder.
- Mix and grease the pie dish.
- Press the dough up to the edges.
- Stuffing
- Pour the berries over the base.
- Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the berries.
- Bake in a convection oven at 190°C for approx. 30 min
- Gluten-free berry pie is at its best when slightly chilled.
