This easy and tasty gluten-free berry pie can be made from fresh or frozen berries. The base is quickly made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free, light flour mix. Try it and love it!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Whisk together the butter, sugar and egg.
  • Add the flour mix and baking powder.
  • Mix and grease the pie dish.
  • Press the dough up to the edges.
  • Stuffing
  • Pour the berries over the base.
  • Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the berries.
  • Bake in a convection oven at 190°C for approx. 30 min
  • Gluten-free berry pie is at its best when slightly chilled.
