minutesGluten-free sandwich biscuits are a delicious snack to serve as an appetizer or for a dinner party. Sandwich biscuits are also really easy to make. Try and love them too!
Ingredients
100 g butter
2 dl water
1 tsp baking powder
0,5 tl salt
(2 tbsp sesame seeds)
Preparation
- Melt the butter, add the cold water and stir in the dry ingredients.
- Roll the dough into a thin disk.
- Using a pastry wheel, cut the sheet into squares, place on a baking sheet, prick and bake in a 200°C oven for 15 minutes.
- Gluten-free sandwich biscuits are delicious on their own or with cream cheese and vegetables.

They were easy to make. I rolled them directly onto a baking sheet the size of a baking tray (60cm oven). I didn't have any coarse flour, so I used 0,5 dl of oat flour and the rest of the light flour mix.
Had to have a cheese tray, but I'll make another batch and put rosemary in the mix. Lovely instructions you have.
