250 g soft margarine
500 g Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1tspsalt
1,5 dl water

Preparation
- Mix the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- Leave to infuse for about 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a very thin sheet (about 2 mm thick) and cut it into blanks using a star-shaped cake cutter.
- Carefully lift the two blanks with the metal spatula on top of each other on the baking paper and fold the dough into the middle, being careful not to break the dough.
- Using two spoons, lift a dollop of the frosted marmalade into the middle of the cake.
- Bake in a 200 degree oven for about. 15-20 minutes until the tarts get some colour.
- Decorate the cakes by sprinkling them with icing sugar.
- The average portion is 18 tarts.
- If rolling it really thin seems impossible, you can also leave the sheet double thick and make simple tarts.
- The thicker dough may sink a little when baked, but that doesn't affect the taste.
