Easy gluten-free chocolate bar cookies are made with buckwheat flour from Virtasalmen Viljatuote.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Cream the butter and sugar.
  • Add the egg and the melted, cooled chocolate.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the dough.
  • Let the dough set in the fridge for a few hours.
  • Use your hands to shape the dough into cookies of your choice. (e.g. bars or round cookies.)
  • Bake the cookies in the oven at 225°C for 8-10 minutes.
  • Dip the cookies in melted chocolate.
  • Gluten-free chocolate bar cookies are ready to serve as soon as the chocolate has set.
