These savoury gluten-free smoked salmon muffins are quick and easy to make. The combination of smoked salmon and dill is mouth-wateringly delicious. You can serve them at a party or take them on a picnic!

Preparation

  • Whisk together cream, eggs, butter.
  • Add the chopped salmon and dill. Add it and the combined dry ingredients to the dough. Mix just enough to combine the ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin tins.
  • Bake at 200°C in the middle of the oven for about 20 min or until cooked.
  • Gluten-free smoked salmon muffins are best when slightly chilled.
