minutesThese savoury gluten-free smoked salmon muffins are quick and easy to make. The combination of smoked salmon and dill is mouth-wateringly delicious. You can serve them at a party or take them on a picnic!
Ingredients
2 dl light cream
2 eggs
1 dl melted butter
150 g cold smoked salmon
1 dl chopped dill
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
Preparation
- Whisk together cream, eggs, butter.
- Add the chopped salmon and dill. Add it and the combined dry ingredients to the dough. Mix just enough to combine the ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tins.
- Bake at 200°C in the middle of the oven for about 20 min or until cooked.
- Gluten-free smoked salmon muffins are best when slightly chilled.
