Ingredients
100 g butter
1 dl sugar
1 egg
3 banana (approx. 400 g)
2 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free broad bean flour mix
1 dl almond paste
1 tsp baking powder
1,5 tl cinnamon
1 tsp vanillin sugar
A pinch of salt
0,5 dl milk
- For decoration
Tomato sugar
Preparation
- Whip the room temperature butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the egg, beating well.
- Mash the bananas with a fork. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add them to the dough alternately with the banana mixture and the milk. Stir just enough to make the dough smooth.
- Divide the batter into muffin tins and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Decorate the cooled gluten-free banana muffins with icing sugar.
