Delicious gluten-free banana muffins are even easier to make. Try and love them too!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Whip the room temperature butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the egg, beating well.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add them to the dough alternately with the banana mixture and the milk. Stir just enough to make the dough smooth.
  • Divide the batter into muffin tins and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • Decorate the cooled gluten-free banana muffins with icing sugar.
