Gluten-free nettle pancakes

Delicious gluten-free nettle rolls are suitable for many occasions, both on weekdays and holidays. You can enjoy them savoury or sweet, with any meal.
Ingredients
5 dl milk or water
2 eggs
2,5 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten Free Grain Product Nettle Flour Puree
1tspsalt
Butter or oil for frying
Preparation
- Beat the texture of the eggs in a bowl until broken.
- Add the milk or water, flour and salt, whisking until smooth.
- Allow to swell for about 10 min.
- Always stir the dough before adding a new batch, as the flour will sink to the bottom of the bowl.
- Fry large pancakes in a thin skillet or masonry pan. Enjoy gluten-free pancakes savoury or sweet.
- Serve savoury
- with smoked fish filling, minced meat, vegetables, various cheeses
- Serve sweet
- with jam and whipped cream, caramel sauce, hazelnut spread, berries
